Warranty

Ferrero Technology offers warranty against manufacturing defects to products and their accessories in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

• The legal guarantee for products and accessories is 90 (ninety days) counted from the date of purchase of the product.

• Along with the Legal Guarantee, Ferrero Technology provides a supplementary warranty of up to 05 years when mentioned in the Consumer’s Manual or Warranty’s Term.

• The limited legal guarantee applies only to users who purchased models marketed in United States.

• Eventual repairs should be done on Ferrero Authorized Service.

• Extended Special Warranty: When mentioned in the Consumer’s Manual or Warranty’s Term, some parts or pieces may have additional warranty time. In this case, the conditions and coverage will be specified in the Warranty’s Term accompanying the product.

Warning:

If the identified defect is not manufacturing (malfunction, misuse, problems related to installation conditions, viruses, non-original software or external factors), repairs or instruction of use of the product will not be covered by the warranty and will be subjected to quotations, including any visitation fees (if applicable). Warranty validation is done obligatorily by the presentation of the readable copy of the Purchase Invoice.
