SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of sending the product for analysis and/or repair is the responsibility of the customer.
PROCEDURE AFTER ANALYSIS

DEALERSHIPS AND WORKSHOPS
Products installed at dealerships or workshops follow the same warranty procedure. In these cases, the contact must be made directly with the workshop or dealership, which will be responsible for forwarding the request to Ferrero Tech.
INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATION
To maintain warranty coverage, products must be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation or installation by unqualified individuals will void the warranty.
LOSS OF WARRANTY
